Eucalyptus helps avoid headache and respiratory problems

In such critical situations, usage of eucalyptus essential oil to get rid of your headache and respiratory problems can prove to be handy. The specialty of this eucalyptus oil is its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.

Rub a few drops of this oil between your palms and cover your nose with your palms and inhale it. This oil should be avoided by people with high blood pressure, endometriosis and epilepsy. If you use this oil in excess, it can cause multiple organ failure. Also, it is not advisable for kids below 6 years to use this oil, since they are still in the midst of organ development.

Avoid digestive problems with grapefruit

Sometimes food might not get digested easily when you travel. If you have such digestive problems during air travel, grapefruit oil can solve it for you by stimulating the bile production. The fiber content of this oil causes a mild laxative process which causes free bowel movement. Apart from digestion, this oil can keep you safe from toxins.
