How Yoga can boost up your sex life

Yoga has long been touted as the great equalizer to bring balance to our mental, physical and spiritual aspects of life. In essence, it is a collective form of ‘living’ that alleviates your psychological capacity, while also improving upon your physical capability. And, it is this combination of the last two factors that make up for your sexual prowess as well as satisfaction.

1. Greater muscle controls, where it matters!

Yes, it is true; Yoga does help in elevated muscle control in our lower body parts. This means that it is not only about the improved essence of fitness, but also about the control of the sexual sensation that these muscles come handy in.
