- Aroma (or smell) Therapy – healing. Aromatherapy is an ancient science of healing, relaxing and rejuvenating by using “pleasant smelling scents” also called as essential oils. The essential oils (life force of the plants) are extracted from the plants, flowers, trees, fruits, bark ,grass and seeds.

The essential oils can be used by inhaling, by massaging to the body, adding in bath water or shower or spraying in the room.
