Legs up the wall

This yoga pose is simple yet effective. When a person comes back after the long trip, the back pain troubles the most, and one finds ways to get rid of it. Yoga can bring the relief from after travel cramps and pain. It is simple and relief the cramps faster. To start with, one needs to lie against the wall with legs straight up. Turn torso away from the wall along with bringing elbows to the floor. For posing correctly, try to touch wall with the hips. Leg stretching pose

Cat cow stretch

These stretches are amazing for the entire back after a long journey. For this pose, one needs to get on all fours creating a tabletop with the back.

Now along with inhaling, lower stomach towards the floor and head up to the sky. It will create a pose like a cow that will relax the back and neck as well. After staying in the pose for few minutes, exhale and draw belly button into the spine dropping head downwards. After exhaling position will look like cats arching their back. Repeating this exercise several times will get relief faster.

Spine twist

After a long journey whether in car or train, one can easily get the painful and stiff spine. Twisting can help in getting rid of such unwanted pain. Twists are an amazing option to relax the spine and making body align again. Trying spine twist pose can actually get you out of that pain.

For the spine twist pose, lie on your back with legs straight and hug right knee towards the chest. Then, put right hand on the floor with arm straight and relaxed. Now with the left hand draw bent right leg over left side of the body. Turn head toward right side following your outstretched right hand. Moving on, breathe and stay in pose for a minute. After that, repeat the pose with left bent leg.
