Balasana or Child’s Pose:

This is one of the easiest yoga stretches. You have to sit on a yoga mat on the floor. Make sure that you sit on your toes in an erect position. Then you should bend your body forward until your head touches the ground. Keep your hands by the side of your thighs while stretching. Rise from your position and place the hands on the thighs. Nataraja Asana:

Nataraj is one of the many names of Lord Shiva. To perform this asana, you will have to lie down straight on the floor and then cross your left leg with the right leg. The right thigh should make almost 90-degree angle with the left leg and the right calf should be almost parallel to the left leg. Stretch out your hands and turn your head on your right side. Do the entire process again by reversing sides. This asana makes your body and heart fill with content and happiness.

Legs up the wall:

This one is also a very simple yoga posture. You have to lie down on the floor near the wall. Raise your both legs along the wall so that the legs are touching the wall. The feet should be facing the ceiling. Take deep breaths and count 20 before moving onto the next posture. It stretches the neck gently and eases stiffness.

Corpse Pose:

The corpse is helpful in relaxing both the body and the mind. It is necessary to remove physical stress and ease tensed body muscles. Lie down straight on the floor and then stretch your entire body gently. Breathe deeply for two minutes before sitting up.
