A website discussion board has launched a unique campaign in favor of Brokeback Mountain. The campaign is called “2000 DVDs to libraries” and under this they will place the VCD of the debated movie in 2000 rural libraries in U.S and Canada. The campaign also will target countries like Bahama where the movie is declared ban. Dave Cullen, the administrator of the website feels the campaign will surely ignite a loads of interest and will surely make a difference in the society.
The result is a mixed bag. The Group is about to ship 200 odd DVDs to libraries in twelve states of US and Canada. There are some libraries though have refused to accept the kind donation.
