Chrysler launches new ‘Engineered Beautifully’ ad campaign

The Chrysler Group has launched a new advertising campaign centered on the Chrysler brand. The advertising campaign designed in part to change the opinion that its vehicles are great looking but behind competitors in technology and quality. David Rooney, director of marketing and global communications said, ‘More than 80 percent of the Chrysler brand product portfolio is all new or refreshed in the last 12 months, with the recent introduction of the all new 2008 Chrysler Sebring Convertible and the debut of the all-new 2008 Chrysler Town and Country later this year,’.

Evidently, the campaign aims at showing that there is more behind the sheet metal and distinctive style, and that every Chrysler possesses world-class quality and engineering at an extraordinary value. The chief commercial of the campaign focuses on innovative features within every Chrysler car and the engineering behind the features. The tag line of the new commercials is ‘Engineered Beautifully’. The campaign was created by the BBDO advertising agency in Troy.
