Yoga is the ancient Indian meditation technique, which is widely practiced in the modern times due to its various benefits for the mind, body and soul. Various yoga poses aim at making your physical, emotional and even sexual well being better. Here are three of the best yoga exercises that would surely make you a better bottom.

Ananda Balasana – The Happy Baby Pose:

The Happy Baby Pose is an excellent core and forward bend exercise, which works to open your hops and groin and relieve the tension. Thus is proves to be a good way to relax your mindand body.

  • Lie down with your back resting on the floor and fold the knees inwards keeping the shins at right angle to the floor by placing each ankle on each knee.
  • Hold your feet either with your hands or with a strap and bring them towards your body while pushing your tailbone towards the floor.
  • While doing this, push the base of the neck away from the floor and release the pelvis towards the floor.
  • Hold this pose for about 30-60 seconds and then breathe out and release the feet back in position.

This yoga pose should be avoided during pregnancy or when you have a knee injury. Both the beginners as well as advanced practitioners can perform this pose easily and effectively.

Malasana – Yoga Squat:

Malasana, also known as the “Garland Pose,” is an excellent way to boost your performance, as it help open the hips, strengthens them, and is good for keeping your belly in shape. It is also good for the groin.

  • Keep your feet a little wider than hips and bend your knees, so that your toes are wider than your knees.
  • Bend your body until your hips are just a few inches above the floor.
  • Bring your palms closer and move your elbows one by one towards the inner side of your knees.
  • Push your elbows towards the knees, try to open them up and press the elbows with the inner side of the knees.
  • Try to raise your heart upwards while bringing your spine and backbone in a straight line.
  • Hold the pose for 30-60 seconds and release either sitting on your buttocks or by standing up.

Avoid doing this pose with knee injuries and lower back pain, including tight thighs.

Biltilasana – The Cow Pose:

This basic yoga pose helps in making your digestion better and relieves body-arching that makes it easy to do sex in different positions.

  • Sit down on the floor with your hands on the knees.
  • Lift up your body while keeping your hands such that palms and elbow touch the floor and elbows touch the knees too.
  • Take a deep breath and look upwards.
  • Press your palms against the floors and your body weight should now be balanced on your feet and hands.
  • Push the naval area downwards, and raise the buttocks.
  • Hold the position for 30 seconds and then release.

People with severe knee or neck pain or injury should not practice this pose.
