However, it must be noted that dark chocolate does not enhance someone’s intelligence or memory but instead enhances the overall well being of the brain as an organ of the human body.

On the other hand, it has a very positive effect on the well being of the heart as well and the principal reason why it helps in keeping the heart in top condition. The dark chocolate that one consumes helps in pumping blood into the heart, which helps the heart in working more efficiently and helps in preventing the clogging of the arteries. In addition to that, dark chocolate is also an excellent agent to help as a preventive measure of the dreaded condition of diabetes. However, it must be borne in mind that dark chocolate should not be consumed in copious amounts to get enhanced effects; once or twice a week is quite enough to take care of one’s health.
