Woolmark has launched this interesting print advertisement campaign to promote the quality of its products. The campaign seems to be aiming at conveying that its woolen products are in most purified and perfect form. The advertisements are showing that Woolmark woolen dresses being handcuffed on chair and being interrogated in order to highlight that its product always sides with truth.
The advertisement is also showing different techniques of torture used for criminals to depict its durability and sustainability and the product probably sustain those tortures. The idea of the campaign is not exactly original but the presentation of the advertisements and execution of the idea is truly remarkable.
The copy of the ad reads, ‘we make sure that wool garments always tell the truth’, which also highlights the effort to compare itself tacitly with its competitor. The campaign was created by Saatchi & Saatchi.
