TNS Media predicts US ad spend to rise by 5.7%

US is spending more on advertising. TNS media intelligence predicts the growth in Hispanic television, Internet and cable television will propel with ad spend market and will experience a healthy growth of 5.4%. TNS media which tracks advertising expenditure across couple of dozen media feels thanks to the present good health of US economy (touch wood!!) the total ad spend will reach 152.3 billion this year. To be more specific, estimated growth for the first half of the year is 5% and second half 5.7%. What does that actually mean?
