The Economist has succeeded to catch some curious glances through this billboard. By shooting some questions, the billboard leaves the viewer groping for answers. The concept of this billboard, which appeared in Dallas, has been developed at BBDO New York, USA
Who shot J.R? Of course a challenge to test our G.K! The more difficult questions follows- who shot Salim Yamadayev?, who shot Joao Vieira? These questions have enough power to stop an average American citizen.
This is an intelligent and effective example for hitting the target audience with a few words which are relevant.
