To achieve Rube Goldbergian domino effect it has used $60,000 worth of iPods. Takeserve is the largest independent Apple specialized store in New York (why New York, I presume it’s the largest in the country as well) and it must have stored the largest number of iPods in its warehouse. So, by using only a couple of hundreds of them, the creative folks of the store, Jared Dubrino, Hank Gonzalez and Dick Demenus set the iPods in a domino line and shot the first 15 second iPod commercial. The ad spot will be displayed outside of Madison Square Garden on 33rd Street.
The press release from the store has assured iPod lovers that during the filming of iPods (quite a harsh treatment, I must say) no iPods were hurt.
