Stihl had launched this interesting and humorous print advertisement campaign to promote its products, chain saw. The campaign apparently aims at emphasizing that why the product is essential in an extremely hilarious way. The advertisement wittingly displays that in the absence of the product lawns have become so squeezed as the plants and grasses have not been cut to keep the lawn clean. Plants, shrubs and grass have grown so much that the have engulfed the entire lawn and there in no space left for any activity.

The advertisement is showing everyone not only gets trapped in the bushes but they are hard pressed against the wall of the house while carrying out activities which are usually held in the lawns. The exaggeration of the idea suggests that they have been deprived of doing all the recreational things that should be done in lawns. The presentation of the campaign is actually impressive and straight and the reason of the product benefit is apparently lucidly explained.

The punch line of the campaign reads, ‘Don’t wait too long’ and it is wittingly consistent with the basic idea. The campaign was developed by Publicis Conseil, Paris, France.
