There are so many gimmicks with which you can grab the attention of the crowd, particularly the youth. This is a creative gimmick from Sony music for Shakira’s new single, She Wolf, from her upcoming album to be released in October.

This teaser campaign, which was launched in three cities – Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore, succeeded to instill the target audience with a sense of mystic curiosity. They put images of paw prints in washrooms, cafes, clubs and coffee shops and had messages like ‘Beware, She Wolf on the prowl’.

The messages for each images were written as per the situation. For example, mirror stickers carried the message ‘Stop being so vain, the She Wolf is on prowl’, floor stickers read, ‘Watch your step, the She Wolf is on prowl’, while wash basins saw messages of ‘Hurry up, the She Wolf is on prowl’. As the target group was mainly youth, the images were inserted at youth hangouts.
