Forget character’s T-shirt the logo from Nike is also been seen on a car door. Advertisers in a bid to reach the guys in their 20s are ready to shell out dollars in the comic books.
Nike is not alone, car major Daimler Chrysler will also do some product placement exercise in Marvel Comics. The Caliber, new car from DC will come alive in Marvel Comics for next eight months.
The reason behind comic book promotions seems to get into the mind of young guys who are in their 20s. This kind of audiences is hard to reach. This lot hates any advert or sales pitches that come into the way of their entertainment.
