The animal rights group has shown scenes of slaughter houses and factory farms in the 30 second controversial ad. Peta has however, acknowlkedged that the advertisement is disturbing and said in its statement that the ad was banned by E!, MTV, and all eight broadcast stations in Boston, Affleck’s home town.

The organization had strategically chosen Casey Affleck for the job to cash in his increasingly popularity. In the advertisement he argues why he prefers to be a vegetarian.
