Shrouded in mystery for most of its 97 year history, Britain’s Secret Intelligence Service (SIS), better known as MI6, in first of its public recruitment advertising campaign is looking for, ‘people who can depend on.’ The half page advert will be published in number of newspapers offering jobs for, “operational officers,” technology experts and “thoroughly efficient administrators.” The advert will also appear on the Economist magazine.
The ad reads,
We operate around the world to make this country safer and more prosperous…(and hire) people we can depend on because everyone in the UK depends on them.
More than Oxford and Cambridge graduates, the organization wants to get in people with a broader diversity of skills.
All applicants must be British Citizen, in good health and able to keep secret a secret. Those applying are also not allowed to tell anyone about this other than a spouse, parents or closer partners.
