The former director of engineering, Eastman Kodak Company, Maya Raber, filed a law suit on superior court in Alameda. She claims that the photo company under a cost cutting effort planned to deceive their customer (in millions) by altering/tampering their photographs and making false advertising cliams. The digital photos are uploaded to Kodak for safe keeping. She said that Kodak disregarded consumer interest in a desperate effort top save money.
Raber, who was in charge of Kodak’s software development department, says she suggested a plan which would not have damaged photographs and would also have saved company resources, but her plea was turned down by the authority.
All said and done I have a doubt here, why the hell this person suddenly going public with anti-Kodak statements. Is it all for social cause?
