This is an amusing advertisement meant for the promotional campaign for a placement agency, Kershaw Leonard. The advertisement is showing a short height dog lining up for pulling a sledge which is pulled by bigger dogs of Arctic region. This is of course one of the best ways to depict how a person is caught in a wrong job that does not suite his abilities. The lower portion of the ad carries text informing how this company operated to benefit both prospective employer and a prospective employee.
The idea of the advertisement is quite fantastic however; the execution seems to be a bit dull. The representation of the advertisement could have been more effective by exercising a commendable art direction. The punch line of the ad reads, ‘are you in the wrong job’.
