Not pregnant Katie Holmes but Julia Robert will appear in a new commercial for Italy fashion house Gianfranco Ferre. Julia Robert was not the first choice for this print advertising campaign slated to hit by January 2006. The campaign though won’t be seen in United States but would cover EU, Middle East, Japan and Far East. Roberts is now busy shooting for the commercial in Los Angeles.
Ferre, mostly famous for running campaigns with famous model (foto below) first time roped in an actress of such stature.
“I think the time for muses has come and gone. My source of inspiration is modern-day reality, women who live in today’s world. Yet there are some who better than others match my own purely personal ideal of femininity. In the now so multifaceted realm of glamour and allure, both as a woman and as a personality Julia Roberts in my eyes reflects a total affinity with this ideal of mine,” Ferre explained.
