In recent times, ad makers have made it a ritual of sorts by cocking a snook at contemporary wisdom. The âwhenâ and âwhyâ of such ads are truly baffling, to say the least. If answering calls in the middle of the night can make you a better President, half a billion people around the world are already lining up to take charge. Cynicism apart, â3AMâ is a no-brainer, but does have the visual appeal â everything Hillary Clinton needs for airtime on CNN, Fox and the legion. And it certainly works better than a mundane visual on Clintonâs ability to drive the economy to a healthier state. On the hilarity side, though, the admakers have fallen flat and deserve no more than rotten tomatoes. A Jerry Seinfeld could help, perhaps!
