An amazing concept on human touch. A little bit too much though but nice execution of the idea. And ‘too much’ of it in the ad I am sure will let the consumer remember about it even after the ad is long over. I don’t know which agency has created the spot, the thinking minds deserve kudos for their effort. All’s fine, however, one dissonance does bother me a bit – doesn’t it look like bidding comfort for the sake of human touch? The seat belt scene, for example?
