This is a promotional print campaign for play, Cats, directed by T.S. Eliot. The photograph of different dogs on the poster, which is in defiance with the name of the play, is the only aspect of the ad which a majority of people can understandable. The advertisement campaign while informing briefly about the play has kept dogs into prominence in the campaign. Moreover the expressions of the dogs are of course natural against cats.
The idea of the campaign seems to be extremely focused on the expressive dogs in order to bring the name of the play into prominence. However, it is absolutely not a great idea to advertise the play as it fumbles to convey its message across.
