This is an interesting and somewhat amusing anti drunken driving print advertisement campaign launched by Bangalore Traffic Police, India in public interest. The campaign taking a very light approach to treat a very serious issue has took efforts to co-relate so-called etiquettes involved with alcohol drinking with the repercussions involved with drunken driving. Therefore, the campaign has made interesting interpretation of different axiom associated with drinking to highlight risks involved with it. The advertisements are showing fate of drunken driving in the face of accidents that can eventually be related with maxims used in drinking.
The presentation of the campaign is of course brilliant and remarkable, without incorporating hard-hitting tone and using light approach it has made the campaign extremely expressive. The text of the campaign reads, ‘Don’t drink and drive’. The campaign is credited to MAA Bozell, Bangalore.
