This spot, created by DDB Stockholm, promotes the idea of stopping at McDonald’s on road trips. During the trip, everything and everyone in the car, including the puppy and the doll, keeps asking- “Are we there yet.” It makes use of the common child hood whine.

This is a nice effort by the DDB folks, it conveys the message interestingly.
