This controversial poster advertisement campaign meant for promoting clothes store for young generation in Chile. The advertisement is showing a roughly beaten woman and a dead person after being shot by a bullet in his head. Within the store there were numerous other posters showing the image of a young person with a pistol in his mouth. The advertisements are apparently encouraging excessive violence with a view to promote a clothes brand. Moreover, the advertisement was subject of violating article 3 of the Chilean Code of Advertising Ethics.

On the other hand, advertisers argued that the advertisements were based on popular films such as Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill. The advertisers further contended the advertisements neither support nor induce to violent acts and labeled it as a simple parody of mentioned movies. The Self-Regulatory Council of Advertising Ethics of Chile ruled that the advertisement clearly violates article 3 as it promotes excessive violence and consequently asked to discontinue the campaign.
