If you always wanted to write for an international magazine here’s your chance to leave your cushy job and apply for the exploratory journalistic life you always wanted. And what’s more you can also be the next America’s icon via MTV.
Rolling Stone is looking for aspiring (and amateur) journalists to compete for one year staff position and that’s not all, all the investigative journeys by the journos will be canned by MTV for its latest reality series. Competitors will be working with the top editors (they are also part of the game and dam sure they will try to get the most mileage out of it) and will interview and write stories on top notch actors, politicians and musicians.
The program is scheduled to premier later part of the year.

*The show will be taped for three months from June to August in New York City.
*To be eligible to apply, you must be at least 18 by June 9.
*You must be legally able to work in the U.S.
*Your first deadline: The application, including writing samples and a short videotape, must be received by April 7.
