Recently Monster.com has sold its TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications to Veronis Suhler Stevenson. The deal has been finalized involving $45 million and now onwards TMP will be run by the media focused private equity firm.
Monster seems to be concentrating on its core business of online recruitment and the sale includes all of Monster Worldwide advertising and Communications business in the U.S. and Canada.
TMP had helped Monster in its initial days to establish it self for online recruitment procedure.
