The advertisement has smartly composed the message which is only decipherable, by & large, to the targeted group. The seemingly encrypted message has been designed as used in armed forces. The real message of the advertisement is, ‘Wanted Pilots’. The advertisement is showing just message it wants to convey printed on pink background as the airline is known for using flamboyant colors.
The presentation of the campaign for those who does not belong to the targeted group may find it a bit confusing but on the other hand the targeted group will find it very simple and straight.
