The global wellness industry is poised for a revolutionary transformation, and all eyes are set on Thailand, the future hub of medical and wellness excellence. The upcoming Top Global Wellness Summit (TWGS) scheduled from 11th- 13th June 2025 in Bangkok, promises to be a milestone event for the global wellness community.
Dr Prem Jagyasi, a global authority in medical tourism, healthcare, and wellness is invited to deliver a keynote and masterclass at this event. Amid the gala arrangements of this mega wellness event, we caught up with Mr. Jacky Ong, CEO of CISW Holding, the organizer. We had a hearty conversation about the agenda and vision of TWGS to go global along with the launching of Top Wellness Global Institute (TWGI).

Dr Prem And Associates: Good Morning Jacky. We are glad to have the opportunity to discuss the exciting developments surrounding TWGS 2025. The summit is positioned to be a groundbreaking event in the wellness industry. But before we get into other details, we would like to know something about you, your aspirations, and what made you decide to launch TWGS.
Thank you for inviting me here. I am the Founder and Chairman of CISW Holding Group. I am also the founder and chairperson of the Top Global Wellness Summit (TWGS) 2025. I am extremely optimistic about TWGS 2025, which I promise will be an exciting event opening newer opportunities to the health and wellness sector worldwide. I would rather say a joyous exploration of business and market opportunities for all.
We launched our first event in 2022, Thailand Top Wellness World (TTWW2022), which was a massive success. We got tremendous support from our sponsors. The visitor response was great, beyond my expectations. That was the start. The success rolled onto the next events Thailand Top Wellness World Summit 2023 (TTWWS 2023) and Thailand Wellness Asia Summit 2024 (TWAS 2024). So, I decided to shift the focus gradually from Thailand to Asia and finally to the world, which you will see in TWGS 2025.
You will find lots of talking happening around wellness, discoveries, and new concepts. That should reach every corner of the world. I feel a strong need to create a huge global wellness community of thought leaders and experts never seen before. I anticipate a mega success in 2025, the preparations are on. I am confident.
Dr Prem And Associates: That sounds great! So will TWGS 2025 be a B2B or B2C Event? Who should participate in this event?
Of course, it will be a B2B and B2C event exploring the health and wellness sectors. You know, wellness is a goldmine of opportunities, possibilities are limitless. I expect healthcare and wellness organizations and enterprises, startups, educational institutions, investors, professionals, therapists, practitioners – everyone can benefit from this event.
I welcome everybody interested in personal well-being and budding enterprises to come here and experience marvelous advancements in wellness especially in anti-ageing, regenerative medicine, and green wellness.
Dr Prem And Associates: Wow! It sounds to be an exceptional gathering. What do you envision TWGS 2025 will bring to the global wellness community?
Jacky Ong: TWGS 2025 will showcase how the future of wellness is shaping up. You know, unique products and concepts are launched now and then. Things are getting very exciting! TWGS 2025 will be a great platform to showcase these to the world. We aim to create a global wellness community where there will be continuous knowledge and idea-sharing. It will be a get-together for educators, investors, and enterprises willing to make a difference in the world. We are honored to have Dr Prem Jagyasi on board as a speaker and masterclass leader. His expertise and fresh insights will be invaluable to our attendees.
Dr Prem And Associates: Excellent! What are the key elements of this summit?
Jacky: The first day will be a seminar with top keynote speakers who will provide unique insights and perspectives in business marketing for medical and wellness tourists. On the 2nd day, there will be a workshop on Wellness Business Consultancy with our sponsors who will share their knowledge and expertise on medical and wellness tourism, healthcare marketing, anti-aging and regenerative wellness, wellness building, and investment opportunities. It would include wellness business matchmaking also.
The 3rd and 4th days are very important as it will involve site visits from our sponsors. A unique way of showcasing products and services you know. We also have an award-giving ceremony where we will reward industry experts and leaders for their notable contributions to health and wellness. 
Dr Prem and Associates: Great to know about these exciting activities. The wellness industry is constantly evolving. As the organizer of TWGS 2025, how do you ensure that the summit stays ahead of the curve? Are there any upcoming wellness trends or innovations that you’re particularly excited to showcase at the event?
Jacky: Absolutely! This is our prime objective. Wellness is such a vast domain that allows you to experiment. People’s wellness needs are evolving fast. That’s why we have industry leaders, experts, and innovators on board who are continuously working on innovations. And I assure you, there are some promising breakthroughs to unfold. We are very excited about it. You will see lots of emerging trends and technologies when we release our post-summit reports and reviews.

Jacky: Oh yes! We have made some great strategic partnerships with leading authorities. For example, the TAT (Tourism Authority of Thailand) and the Thailand Charter of Health. Their cooperation and support have helped a lot in hosting these mega-events successfully. The officials and professionals are so experienced that their guidance always matters. This will be more in the 2025 event. These strategic partnerships help in getting new ideas, business marketing, networking, and collaborations. Attendees gain a lot from this.
Dr Prem and Associates: Do you have any plans to make the event truly inclusive and beneficial for attendees from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds?
Jacky: See, wellness is for everyone. If you see the gender ratio in participation in our past events, it is quite impressive. Thailand is a nation that is open to cultural diversity. There is no fear of discrimination or anything related to it. We can say that our event is truly inclusive and will be in the future. Considering the evolving wellness needs of specific groups, our efforts are on. We are trying to come up with something exclusive and purposeful.
Dr Prem And Associates: The prime agenda of TWGS 2025 is to spread Wellness to the world. Do you have any special plan to bring the richness of Asian wellness traditions to a global audience? What are some specific aspects of Asian wellness that you believe will resonate most with an international audience?
Jacky Ong: Absolutely. Asian wellness is rich in history, culture, and holistic approaches that are highly relevant in today’s global wellness landscape. TWGS 2025 aims to uphold these traditions to a global audience. But what is more important is to combine traditional wellness with advanced practices. What was feasible centuries ago is not possible today. So, we need to forge a balanced approach to integrate tradition and modernity without losing the essence of wellness. We expect a great cross-cultural exchange that will help spread Asian wellness globally, making it more feasible and accessible for all.
Dr Prem And Associates: The Top Wellness Global Institute (TWGI) is another exciting initiative that you’re working on, and it seems poised to become a significant player in the wellness education space. Could you share more about how TWGI was conceived and what your long-term vision is for this institute? How do you envision it contributing to the global wellness industry in the years to come?
Jacky Ong: Absolutely. The Top Wellness Global Institute (TWGI) is our next big project, designed to further enhance the global wellness community. TWGI will be a hub for continuous learning and development, where experts and thought leaders from different corners of the world will conduct training, masterclasses, and workshops.
