Just when we thought that they are gone, those alien-like creatures are back again to invade our television screens and minds. They are coming after a surprising lull of about one year, sandwiched between the overs. Zoozoos, the refreshingly unique advertising innovation which grabbed many a hearts during its debut appearance in the IPLâs second edition, is back in IPL-3.
The return of these adorably strange ad creatures are celebrated in fan pages in social networking sites. New set of advertisements which are sweet and short like in the earlier season are released by Vodafone and Ogilvy India.
We can definitely see that people will still love zoozoos. However, whether the zoozoos get the same surprisingly warm welcome among the viewers is a question. Naturally the answer may be NO. The brand and agency need to improvise or innovate. We can guess that they are sensible and creative from the fact that they have allotted the required âcommercial breakâ of one year for this concept, and we can hope that they will keep the excitement unharmed.
