This campaign for International Society for Human Rights(ISHR), created by Ogilvy, Frankfurt, makes fun of political leaders like Hugo Chavez , Raul Castro and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad .
The leaders are shown in the picture as trembling with fear in front of a computer mouse. Then the ad carries the url of the site- www.ishr.org
The intention of the campaign is to react against the human right violations in countries which are ruled by these leaders. The campaign has a subtle way of presenting its idea. History has showed us many examples of political leaders who do not like mass media. Here the mouse can be attributed to the power of the media or the power of the human rights movement.
There are different versions for each incidents. The campaigns like this carry political implications which is, sometimes, based on certain norms.
