Humor has power. But when it is used in unwanted or inappropriate places, it has also a destructive power. Ford used humor in those commercials, and will that fun sell the car? However, this spot for Volkswagens, effectively uses humor, which ultimately conveys the message.

The spot, developed by Grabarz & Partner, Germany, shows an old couple trrying to park a Passat. While trying to park the car, the old man changes into an energetic young man, anmd changes back again. The old woman is surprised. The commercial effectively promotes Volkswagens’ park assist feature.
