During the dot com boom form big to overnight grown, all internet entrepreneurs tried to earn profit by selling online advertisements. A few survived, most sank without a trace. And now, again, from the biggest to the tiniest, all are eying again, no, not like before, where wishful predictions never even come close to estimates, all are banking on ad sales to support the new Net services.
Industry analysts feel, this new trend should not vapor away like previous bubble. When industry leading names are putting money onto it and when sound ad tracking technologies are in place, you know that there is a maturity and reliability in the so called ad boom which was clearly missing during the Internet fizz.
Now more and more traditional advertisers are embracing the medium, and that’s a healthy sign.
