Holi is the festival of colors. India has celebrated this yearâs Holi with colorful delight and enjoyment. At this point, it would be appropriate to look back at an Axe commercial in 2001 which wished all Indians Happy Holi through a smiling âluckyâ guy.
The print ad, developed by Lowe Lintas, features a colorful Axe effect scattered all around his back. We can see the phone numbers of many girls written on his back, in colors. Well, remember how the Indonesian girls helplessly fell for Axe-showered men? Anyway, this Indian version, centered on Holi is entertaining.
