Marie Claire is more than a pretty face. Yes, that’s the new campaign starting off next week…the first ever marketing campaign from the mag. It seems the magazine honchos or the creative guys from the agency are a die hard fan of Shania Twain. The magazine is targeting…the kind…we all love to love…young, serious, female readers…mostly in mid 20s changing shift from past 20 something demographics…hehe…and believe me we the progressive lot also love to listen to Shania Twain. Reader, though I know that even don’t impress you much.

Ok, so where in the world you will be able to reach those “serious, young, female”? The New York base agency Berlin Cameron knows its job pretty good it seems and it has zeroed on Advertising Age, Women’s Wear Daily, and other trade pubs. No Cosmopolitan, FYI.
