Red Meet, Feel Good. The Jurassic Park actor Sam Neill in his first ever advertising appearance (where vanishes those hollywood producers, btw) will play the leading role in MEAT and Livestock Australia’s (MLA) second phase of advertising campaign shot entirely in South Africa. The ad scheduled to go air tomorrow will show red meat’s vital importance in human life. Neil, in the commercial claimed that you will find natural proteins in meat which throughout the ages helped human brain to grow.

The aim of the ad campaign, as told by Meat and Livestock, Australia’s general manager of marketing, David Thomason, is to encourage people to have red meat as part of everyday diet. The idea is to move red meat from a “feel good” to “foundation food.”
