According to a report from Reuters, Zenith Media, a subsidiary of Publicis advertising group has given its consent to buy U.S. firm Moxie Interactive. Moxie Interactive is an Atlanta based online advertising agency.
So far, the terms and condition of the deal is yet not known. However, Publicis has reportedly said that it will continue to operate under its existing name. At present, Moxie offers services such as advertising, search engine, e-mail marketing, e-mail marketing with a variety of other services.
