Well, even an initiative to save the potatoes needs to be clad in Panda image. Even homeless people too get noticed by the popular images of Panda, because everybody loves Panda. Loving the Pandas and caring about them is a status trait for the creamy layer environmentalists.

Now, who will care about Bluefin Tuna? Well, here comes a rescuer- Sushi taxi decided to raise awareness among people about the critical situation of the Bluefin Tuna. Sushi taxi owns a chain of restaurants. The aim was to announce the fact that on January 1st 2010, Sushi Taxi has banned all Bluefin Tunas from its restaurants. Corporate social responsibity!

On May 17th, 16 pandas went in the streets of Quebec city to defend the Bluefin Tuna to spread one message: No to Bluefin Tuna.

The Bluefin Tuna is threatened to disappear, if he was as cute as a panda, would you still eat it? – tha campaign asks.
