Nokia: Not connecting people

nokiaImage issues sometimes really get nasty as multinationals don’t take very good care of that. I am sure though (and analysts and shareholders will agree with me) mobile giant Nokia has spent world full of money for better and faultless customer relationship management but ask those dissatisfied customers who instead of Nokia Care Centre go around with search engine spillage.
Now, before this flaws become a serious issue (it has been) and looms large as a disaster, its time Nokia Corp Comm guys get their act composed. The PR challenges like this is more complex than simply relating efforts and advertising to sales. Read what Jeremy has to say here.
