New Hispanic ad campaign from Washington Mutual

Washington Mutual has started off a Hispanic advertising campaign to back its extremely successful new WaMu FreeChecking(TM) product. The company has also by bidding adieu to its earlier agency Diete Harmel and Partners of Dallas has selected Miami-based Zubi Advertising Services, Inc. as its new Hispanic advertising agency of record.

The campaign includes radio, television, print and outdoor advertising as its preferred medium. The campaign will promote features of the new WaMu Free Checking(TM) product that the company head honchos feel would gell well with the Hispanic consumers. Services like free ATM withdrawals, free outbound wire transfers, free low-balance alerts and free checks for life with online banking and transfers are the features among others.
