Jeep had launched this print advertisement campaign to promote its all new 2007 Jeep Compass. The campaign centers on urban culture to attract young customers while emphasizing the urban utility of the jeep. The advertisements are showing a robotic man standing on the jeep’s rooftop representing urban aspect and culture. The robotic man is interestingly structured up with different urban features such as different road signals huge structures.
However, it is a bit difficult to ascertain the appropriateness of using this kind of imagination in the campaign. The presentation of the campaign is somewhat mixed as it outlines the product benefit in text while the visuals are some what confusing. The campaign was created by BBDO, Detroit.
