In this spot, created by McCann Erickson Germany, we can see a man who carelessly handles his laptop(its Toshiba). Whenever damage happens to the laptop, he does not become angry or desperate. He seems happy.
However, I doubt whether this bold âno matter whatâ guarantee from Toshiba will work. Are they just exaggerating their service? Or, are they sincere? What are the advantages of Toshiba from other brands, when it comes to the issue of guarantee?
