With rival Nike as one of the official sponsors of the Beijing Olympics opening an exhibition to display 100 of its most innovative shoes in the past 50 years in Beijing, Adidas also had to do something to make its brand name shine over the forthcoming Olympics. They had taken recourse to print ads and poster campaign created by TBWATequila Hong Kong to celebrate the Beijing moments as international athletes prepare themselves for the kill. Ad watchers in Japan, Korea and Taiwan have already caught the glimpse of the ads featuring six renowned athletes and peppered with patriotic one-liners. They are not alone in this Olympics but their entire country is with them.
