This is the recent television commercial launched by Honda to promote its CRV model in Australia. The advertisement is showing a man transforming his apparels from formal to casual eventually to settle down with beachwear. The advertisement has show a person walking through city streets while peeling off layers of clothing in order to depict that the car is equally suitable for all occasions.
The core idea of the advertisement was to establish multi-utility features of the car and trying to come out of restricted notion of SUV models. Therefore, the different aspects of a person are rather more emphasized than the car itself in the advertisement.
Moreover, wearing four layers of clothing at one time is obviously difficult that is why the ad was shot in two parts using the same transit points, in order to make it seamless. The visual effects were given by Sydney based Animal Logic.
