Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos has retained the Massachusetts State Lottery’s $10 million advertising account. The contract is meant for one year with a pair of one year renewal option. The agency has been handling the account for three years now.
Last year it has produced a humorous, ‘You have to play’ spot for the Massachusetts State Lottery. Another highly appreciated commercial was, ‘high five helper’ where the lottery winner’s palm swelled after accepting congratulatory slaps. Another spot has featured winners who identified themselves via flashy strap-on overhead signs.
