This campaign by DDB Canada, Vancouver for Greater Vancouver Crime Stoppers instills a sense of trust and confidence both in the minds of the victims and witnesses. Four crime scenes have been depicted in theses ads, in which only the criminals are visible. The campaign successfully brings home the idea- you are safe. Your identity will not be disclosed.

This is creative common sense from DDB folks. The ads are perfectly set against the background of a sinister shadow of possible crimes.

The remarkable feature of these ads is the art direction and a crisp, target-oriented copy sense. Crime can happen at anywhere. You may fall prey to these crimes at the street, at a bank or at your own shop. We can’t shrug off the scary possibilities. In theses ads, nothing is clear except the criminals. Only the criminals are visible. The victims and witnesses remain anonymous. Even the places are not clear.
