Many Russians feel so.

These Russian anti-smoking posters, which show Cigarettes being extinguished on the body of a baby, are drawing criticism from many quarters including the Moscow Advertisement, Information and Design Committee.

The posters carry the message- “Smoking in the presence of a child is a greater torture for him. Do you care?” the posters which are displayed around Moscow were developed by advertising companies News Outdoor Group and ADV Group.

Some Moscow residents, nongovernmental organizations and Russian Internet users feel this advertisement as monstrous.

Anyway, these anti-smoking posters are telling the truth in a disturbing way. the question is, should this poster be banned for the inclusion of emotionally disturbing images.
