A new television advertisement has been launched to make teenagers aware of dangers of smoking cannabis. The television advertisement can be dubbed as a warning to the teenagers that smoking cannabis can damage their brains. Interestingly, the ad is showing that youngsters who smoke cannabis replacing their damaged brains with a new one bought from a shop.
The basic idea of the ad is amusingly effective, as it has shown a very serious and chronic problem in a fantastically shot humorous advertisement. The advertisement showing a ‘brain shop’ where as many as 20 different brains and assorted spare parts have been put on different offers. The advertisement has successfully imparted the prominent effects of smoking cannabis such as mood swings, paranoia, being sick and lack of motivation.
Frank, a National Drug Information Service has produced the recent ad, which is run by the Department of Health, the Home Office and the Department for Education and Skills.
